Now, the digital recording is available on the website and those who missed the sessions can already learn from the masters as well.

Schramko gave a short survey of what people can expect to get from the video. Basically, Fast Web Formula 3 covers some amazing concepts about selling online, and it redefines selling so that even a non-sales person can sell well online in a new way cause selling has changed a lot since the 80s and 90s, and theres definitely an art to making people feel comfortable and creating the right environment online where they are happy to buy. We also covered conversions in great detail, especially understanding the customers mindset and how to approach selling your goods online. We discussed paid Facebook advertising and many of the things that you should not do, the big errors that people make. We covered several business models, local business marketing and how with 50% of small businesses not even having a website, that is a tremendous area of opportunity for people looking for a business model to develop and own. Then theres the podcasting. We did a live podcast which will be shown in the video so that people can understand how easy it is to get their own content out on their own channel and not have to rely on mainstream media anymore, he detailed.

Linux Author Releases New Guide and Video Showing How "sudo" Command Helps Ensure Secure Linux System Administration

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) November 09, 2011

Author of The Accidental Administrator: Linux Server Step-by-Step Configuration Guide Don R. Crawley recommends the use of sudo when administering a Linux or Unix system: Many beginning Linux and Unix admins make the mistake of logging on with the root account to administer their systems. An alternative is a tool called sudo. The sudo tool is similar to "runas" in Windows. It allows you to execute specific commands under root context without leaving your regular user profile or context.

Crawley today announced the availability of a new "how-to" guide, available for reprint, and companion video explaining the benefits of sudo and demonstrating how to configure and use the tool for secure system administration.

The learning approach used by the guide and video are consistent with Crawley's established teaching techniques of providing simple, easy-to-follow instructions for building a basic configuration. According to Crawley, "In my own experience as a systems administrator, I always wanted a simple, working configuration to start with. I knew that, if I had a working config for starters, I could figure out more complicated configs on my own. I just needed a place to start. That's the approach I take with my books, how-to guides, and videos."

The how-to guide, excerpted from Crawley's book "The Accidental Administrator: Linux Server Step-by-Step Configuration Guide" accompanies this release. The guide may be freely reprinted and distributed with a reference box including the name, website, phone and email of the author, please.

The companion video is available at http://youtu.be/imnEUvvDxc4

London, UK (PRWEB UK) 17 November 2011

Brian Rose and Nic Gabriel have created London Real, a weekly one hour video podcast documenting their journey as they challenge the status quo, explore the human experience, and exchange ideas and perspectives with their guests in one of the most exciting and diverse cities on the planet.

This week they host Stephen Brocklehurst, an actor and producer who discusses his upcoming film The Enfield Poltergeist and reminisces about his two years spent in the City of London as an investment banker. We dont have all of the answers, but we do have all of the questions states co-host Nic Gabriel, who was born in South Africa but moved to London to pursue his black belt in the martial art Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our goal is to expand your consciousness and experience a new mind frame, to confront your fears and to celebrate the triumph.

The podcast genre of entertainment is a new medium that people are just now beginning to understand explains co-host Brian Rose, a native of San Diego and retired derivatives broker in the City of London. It used to be you get home from work and turn on the TV. Not anymore, people today want to listen to real people having real conversations about real topics, and that is the essence of London Real.

In just over four weeks since its debut, the show has already attracted a cult following with thousands both watching the video and listening to the audio portion on iTunes. Past guests include an Iranian refugee who became one of the founders of Sony-Ericsson, one of Londons top cocktail barmen, and an SAS veteran of two tours of Afghanistan.

Our guests are Londoners from all walks of life. Were not concerned about success or careers, the pre-requisite is that theyre interesting and open. said Gabriel.
